Help Desk

TOCOBEL increased its level of service quality from the Call Center to the level of Help Desk. Difference between these two levels is in the help provided to the end user. While Call Center answered basic questions or redirected calls, now Help Desk solves the problem. As a partner of HP and EAR on the project FMIS (Financial Management Information System), TOCOBEL provides support to the National Bank of Serbia and Ministry of Finances of the Republic of Serbia for application software.
